Description
Simple, soft meatballs.
Instruction tip
Instead of frying the meatballs, you can put them on baking paper and place them in a preheated oven (200 Degrees Celsius) for 30 minutes, turning them around halfway through.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Mix together all the ingredients and add salt & pepper as desired to the mixture.
Step 2 of 4
Roll the mixture into golf sized balls.
Step 3 of 4
Heat olive oil in a large frypan on medium heat. Once oil is heated, add the meatballs and fry until golden brown on the outside. Turn the meatballs around every so often to ensure the whole meatball become golden. This should take approximately 15 minutes.
Step 4 of 4
Transfer onto a plate lined with paper towel until ready to serve.
Instruction tip
Tip:I like to serve these with rice, pasta or mashed potato.
