- 300grams minced pork
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1teaspoons capers, finely chopped
- 2teaspoons black olives, finely chopped
- 1tablespoons plain flour
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper
- 4tablespoons olive oil
- 400grams can chopped tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic, grated or finely chopped
- 1teaspoons paprika

Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Put the minced pork, onion, capers, olives, and flour in a mixing bowl, add the egg, and season with salt and black pepper. Mix thoroughly, using your hands, then form into 12-15 2cm balls.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the meatballs for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown. Transfer to a baking dish and put to one side.

Meanwhile, put the tomatoes, garlic, and paprika in a pan, season with salt and black pepper, then cook over a medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour the tomato sauce over the meatballs and bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
