  • 2 cup self raising flour
  • 420grams can condensed vegetable soup
  • 85grams butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1 large egg

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease and line a 24x13cm loaf pan.

Step 2 of 4

Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and stir to combine. Season with cracked black pepper if desired.

Step 3 of 4

Transfer to the loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes. Cool in the pan for 5-10 minutes, before inverting onto a wire cake rack to cool completely.

Step 4 of 4

Spread slices with butter, and serve alongside a bowl of your favourite soup.
