Roasted Cauliflower With Tahini Sauce

- 250grams cauliflower florets
- 2-3 parsley, sprigs (to garnish)
- 5milliliter virgin olive oil spray
- 1/2teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 lemon, 1 tbs juice
- 1tablespoons organic hulled tahini
- 1teaspoons olive oil
Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 180ºC. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place cauliflower on prepared tray, lightly spray with oil and sprinkle with cumin. Roast for 15-20 minutes or until golden and tender.

Meanwhile, combine tahini, juice, olive oil and 1 tbs warm water in a small bowl until smooth.
Step 3 of 3
Sprinkle cauliflower with parsley and serve with tahini dipping sauce.
