  • 30 dark chocolate bits
  • 15 red smarties
  • 30 small pretzels
  • 290grams milk choc melts, melted
  • 1/2 cup white choc melts, melted

Method

Step 1 of 3

Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Using a 7cm round cookie cutter, trace 15 circles on paper.

Step 2 of 3

Place melted milk choc melts in a piping bag fitted with a round nozzle. Pipe choc in rounds and using a small palate knife, smooth into circles. Carefully attach pretzels as ears and smarties as a nose. Leave to set for 10 minutes.

Step 3 of 3

Place melted white choc melts in a piping bag fitted with a small round nozzle, using picture as a guide. Pipe choc eyes onto set rounds and attach dark choc bits. Leave to set for 10 minutes. Wrap in cellophane and give as gifts.
