  • 550grams gow gee wrappers
  • 5milliliter chilli sauce (to serve)

Description

Ready in 35 minutes, these easy and flavoursome prawn dumplings make a perfect midweek family meal.

Instruction tip

To freeze uncooked dumplings, place on a baking paper-lined tray and freeze for 2 hours, then transfer to an airtight container.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Place prawns, soy sauce, spring onion and garlic in a food processor. Process until finely chopped.

Step 2 of 3

To make dumplings, place a wrapper on a clean work surface. Top with 11/2 tsp of prawn mixture. Fold wrapper to enclose filling and form a semi-circle. Press edge to seal. Repeat to make 60 dumplings in total.

Step 3 of 3

Steam dumplings, as required, in batches, for 3 minutes or until cooked. Serve with dipping sauces.
