10 Ingredients
- 7grams dried yeast
- 1 cup milk, warmed
- 2tablespoons caster sugar
- 1/2 cup mashed potato (see tip)
- 160grams butter, softened
- 1 1/2teaspoons sea salt flakes (plus extra)
- 1tablespoons sea salt flakes (for sprinkling)
- 1 free range eggs
- 3 1/2 cups plain flour (plus extra for dusting)
- 1/4 cups mixed finely chopped herbs (see Tip)

Placing the dough balls close together allows for a pull-apart bread with softer sides. For crustier rolls, space them further apart.
