Description

Six ingredients is all you need for this crispy pork recipe. Tender pork knuckle is teamed with fresh greens and hot gravy to create the ultimate cosy dinner.

Method

Step 1 of 5

Preheat oven to 240°C/220°C fan-forced. 

Step 2 of 5

Dry rind with paper towel and rub 1 tsp of oil into the rind and sprinkle with salt.

Step 3 of 5

Cook for an hour, or until you have the desired amount of crackling and it's hot in the centre.

Step 4 of 5

Roast vegetables as per packaging instructions. Make instant gravy according to packaging instructions.

Step 5 of 5

Carve and serve with gravy, leafy greens and roast vegetables.
