- 400grams pork & veal meatballs
- 700grams passata
- 220grams cherry bocconcini
- 1/2 bunch bunch basil, leaves picked

Method
Step 1 of 4
Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Heat oil in a large flameproof frying pan over high heat. Add meatballs and cook, turning occasionally, for 3 minutes or until browned.
Step 2 of 4
Add passata and bring to the boil. Remove pan from heat.
Step 3 of 4
Scatter bocconcini over meatballs. Bake for 15 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through and cheese has melted.
Step 4 of 4
Scatter over basil and season with pepper. Serve.
