Description

Chicken wings are best served spicy! Try our speedy recipe for these hot little morsels, served with charred corn and a crunchy slaw.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Heat a barbecue plate and grill on medium-high heat. Remove wing tips and discard. Cut wings in half at the joint.

Step 2 of 4

Combine sugar, sriracha, celery salt and 2 tbs oil in a large bowl. Place half the marinade in a small bowl and reserve. Place chicken in large bowl with sauce, tossing to coat. Cook chicken on barbecue plate, turning, for 20 minutes or until charred and cooked through, basting with reserved marinade in the last 5 minutes of cooking.

Step 3 of 4

Meanwhile, rub remaining oil over corn and cook on grill in the last 12 minutes of chicken cooking time or until tender.

Step 4 of 4

Meanwhile, prepare coleslaw according to packet instructions. Serve chicken with corn, coleslaw and lime wedges.
