  • 2teaspoons fennel seeds, crushed
  • 1teaspoons dried oregano
  • 5milliliter extra virgin olive oil spray
  • 1/4 cup parmesan, grated
  • 500grams pork mince
  • 1 egg, lightly whisked
  • 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed

Method

Step 1 of 2

Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with paper. Combine pork mince, breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic, fennel seeds, oregano, onion and egg in a bowl. Season. Mix well with your hands, then roll into meatballs.

Step 2 of 2

Place onto tray and spray well with oil. Bake meatballs for 30 minutes, turning halfway through cooking, or until cooked through. Transfer to serving bowl.
