- 1 WW cook porchetta roast herb & garlic seasoning
- 1 drizzle oil
- 1-2teaspoons coarse sea salt
Description
A great Sunday roast served with vegetables.
Instruction tip
The cooking time will vary depending on the size of the roast and your air fryer. My porchetta was just over 1kg so cooking time was perfect.
Method
Step 1 of 4
The night before cooking this porchetta, you need to take it out of the wrapping and pat dry with paper towels. Leave uncovered on a plate in the fridge so that the skin dries out. Take out of the fridge 1/2 hour before cooking.

When ready to cook, preheat air fryer for 5 minutes on 200°C. Score the fat with a sharp knife, drizzle with a little oil and rub into skin, then season with sea salt.
Step 3 of 4
Once air fryer has heated up, carefully add the porchetta into the basket and cook for 25 minutes at 200°C skin side up. When the 25 minutes are up, lower temperature to 185°C and cook for 20 minutes, then another 20 minutes still on 185°C. I cook the porchetta skin side up the whole time, but you can turn it if you like. Once cooked let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

As this is pork belly, please note it can be very fatty with not a lot of meat, but the seasoning of herb and garlic is flavoursome.
