  • 3 slices prosciutto
  • 2 yellow peaches, halved, destoned, each half cut into 3 thick wedges
  • 110grams cherry bocconcini
  • 1/4 bunch basil, leaves picked
  • 1tablespoons Woolworths extra virgin olive oil
  • 2tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1/4teaspoons caster sugar

Description

Juicy peach, salty prosciutto, fresh basil and creamy bocconcini come together for a flavour explosion. You can't go wrong with this quick and easy canape.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Halve prosciutto crossways, then cut each piece lengthways. Wrap 1 piece of prosciutto around 1 wedge of peach.

Step 2 of 3

Top each wedge of peach with a bocconcini ball and basil leaf. Secure stack with a cocktail skewer.

Step 3 of 3

Place oil, vinegar and sugar in a small bowl. Whisk lightly to combine. Season with pepper. Drizzle over bites just before serving.
