  • 2tablespoons mirin
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 lime zested
  • 2tablespoons chives, finely chopped

Description

Make this creamy miso mayo for the perfect accompaniment to Japanese food or seafood. It also doubles as a brilliant salad dressing.

Combine miso paste, mayonnaise, mirin, zest and juice and chives in a bowl. Store in a sterilised glass jar or an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
