- 1 1/2tablespoons baking powder
- 3 cup plain flour
- 75grams butter, finely chopped
- 145grams milk (save 17g to glaze)
- 2tablespoons red onion, diced
- 2tablespoons parmesan, grated
- 1teaspoons rosemary, chopped
- 1/2 cup tasty cheese, grated
- 1/4teaspoons salt

Method
Step 1 of 4
Preheat oven to 220°C. Lightly flour a baking tray.
Step 2 of 4
Sift flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Rub butter into flour mixture until it resembles fine breadcrumbs. Add cheeses, onion and rosemary. Stir well.
Step 3 of 4
Add milk and combine with a butter knife to form a soft dough. Bring together using your hands to form a dough. Turn out onto a lightly floured surface and pat dough out until 2cm thick.
Step 4 of 4
Using a 4cm-diameter cutter, cut out rounds and arrange on tray. Reshape dough scraps and repeat. Brush with milk. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden and risen.
