Mediterranean Artichoke Pizza

- 1 handful fresh basil leaves (small handful)
- 3 spring onions
- 6tablespoons tomato sauce
- 200grams artichoke hearts, drained and diced
- 60grams goats cheese
- 50grams mozzarella, shredded
- 300grams roasted red pepper, sliced
- 1 pizza dough ball (250g)
Method
Step 1 of 4
Set dough on side to air for a minimum of 1 hour. Once risen, roll out dough to packets recommended size.
Step 2 of 4
Spread tomato sauce evenly over the pizza base. Top with artichokes, roasted peppers, spring onion and fresh basil.
Step 3 of 4
Cover with mozzarella and goat cheese and place on baking tray.
Step 4 of 4
Cook at 200°C until golden, 15-20 minutes depending on oven.
