  • 50grams parmesan
  • 1/4 cup continental parsley leaves
  • 2 cups light shredded tasty cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 cup light cooking cream

Description

Did you know mac and cheese can be made in one tray? Our creamy one-pan mac and cheese topped with a crunchy parmesan crumb is perfect for family dinners.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Place macaroni, milk, spread and onion powder in a 25 x 31cm (5cm deep) baking tray. Stir to combine. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes or until pasta is almost tender.

Step 2 of 3

Meanwhile, place bread, garlic and parmesan in a food processor. Process until coarse breadcrumbs form. Add parsley and process until chopped.

Step 3 of 3

Remove tray from oven and stir pasta mixture. Add tasty cheese, mozzarella and cream, then stir to combine. Season with pepper. Top with breadcrumb mixture. Bake, uncovered, for a further 10 minutes or until golden. Serve immediately.
