  • 1/2 lemon, juice and zest

These flavour packed mushrooms are a Spanish staple everyone will love.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Heat the oil in a large pan on medium high heat and add the mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes until softened. Add the garlic, lemon juice and zest and paprika and cook for 5 minutes, stirring.

Step 2 of 2

Serve with cracked black pepper and fresh parsley on top.
