Jazz up your leftover christmas ham with this easy frittata recipe, perfect for a speedy dinner or an on-the-go snack.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced.

Step 2 of 4

Place spinach in a 2.2L glass container, then microwave, covered, on high for 30 seconds or until almost wilted. Stir in ham and feta.

Step 3 of 4

Whisk eggs and cream together in a bowl. Add egg mixture to ham mixture and stir to combine. Top with tomato, then bake for 35 minutes or until golden and just set.

Step 4 of 4

Serve topped with basil leaves.
