  • 1 red chilli, finely sliced
  • 2tablespoons coriander
  • 1/2 small red onion, finely sliced
  • 400grams white beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 korma simmer sauce
  • 6 lime, wedges (to serve)
  • 2 cup brown rice (to serve)
  • 2 cup natural yoghurt (to serve)
  • 1tablespoons oil
  • 200grams halloumi, sliced

Method

Step 1 of 3

Heat oil in a frypan over medium heat. Add halloumi, brush with some of the korma sauce. Cook for 2 minutes each side until golden.

Step 2 of 3

Remove from pan. Add white beans, remaining korma sauce and cook for 4 minutes until heated through.

Step 3 of 3

Serve the halloumi with brown rice and korma beans. Garnish with onion, chili and limes.
