Grilled Mango Cheeks

- 4 ripe mangoes
- 2 limes, quartered
- thick Greek-style yoghurt (to serve)
- 2/3 cup coconut flakes, toasted
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar (plus extra to sprinkle)
- coconut oil, melted (to brush)
Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat a barbecue grill or chargrill pan over medium-high heat.
Step 2 of 3
Cut mango cheeks close to the stone. Brush cheeks with oil, sprinkle with sugar and cook mango, cut side down, for 2-3 minutes or until sugar caramelises. Remove and cool. Chargrill lime.
Step 3 of 3
Serve mango cheeks scattered with extra sugar, coconut flakes, charred lime and yoghurt.
