Elevate your cheese toastie with creamy goats cheese and sweet figs.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Spread 4 slices of bread with goats cheese, place fig slices on top, drizzle with honey and sprinkle with thyme leaves. Place another slice of bread on top of each.
Step 2 of 2
Butter the outside of each sandwich and fry in a large non-stick pan on medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side or until crisp and golden.
