  • 1/3 cup light Greek-style yoghurt (to serve)

Description

Try this divine gluten-free crumble that features sweet strawberries, cinnamon, vanilla, maple syrup and crunchy flaked almonds.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Place vanilla, syrup and strawberries in a 1.5L ovenproof dish, tossing gently to coat.

Step 2 of 3

Place flour and butter in a medium bowl. Using fingertips, rub in butter until coarse crumbs form. Stir in coconut, almonds and cinnamon. Sprinkle over strawberry mixture.

Step 3 of 3

Bake for 40 minutes or until mixture is bubbling and crumble is golden. Stand to cool for 5 minutes. Serve topped with yoghurt.
