  • 1 1/2 cups white wings gluten free plain flour
  • 3/4 cup csr brown sugar
  • 1tablespoons csr golden syrup
  • 120grams coconut oil, melted
  • 4tablespoons water, hot
  • 1/2teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 2teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 cup ground almonds
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat oven to 180˚C bake.

Step 2 of 4

Line 2 oven trays with baking paper.

Step 3 of 4

Mix coconut oil, water, CSR Brown Sugar, CSR syrup and vanilla together. Add White Wings Gluten Free Plain Flour, baking powder, coconut, ground almonds and chocolate chips. Mix until well combined.

Step 4 of 4

Roll tablespoons of cookie dough into balls, flatten slightly with your palm and place on prepared trays.
 Bake for 12 minutes. Remove trays from oven and allow to cool.
