Savour the tasty flavours of this easy Italian pasta dish. A perfect solution to stretch beef mince and your grocery budget.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Grease a 20x26cm (6cm deep) ovenproof dish.

Step 2 of 4

Cook pasta in a saucepan of boiling water according to packet instructions. Drain. Return pasta to pan.

Step 3 of 4

Meanwhile, place mince mixture in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes or until heated through.

Step 4 of 4

Meanwhile, whisk sour cream, eggs, milk and 1/2 cup mozzarella in a bowl. Season. Add half of the cream mixture to pasta and stir to coat. Spoon into prepared dish, pressing lightly to compact. Top with mince mixture and spread out evenly. Spoon over remaining cream mixture. Scatter with remaining mozzarella. Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes or until golden. Stand for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve.
