- 1 cup large pasta shells
- 420grams borlotti beans, rinsed, drained
- 20grams parmesan, finely grated
- 1/4 bunch basil, leaves picked
- 1/2 sourdough loaf, sliced

Description
This hearty bowl of minestrone soup made with Campbell's delicious chicken stock is comfort food at its best. It only takes 25 minutes to make, too.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Heat oil in a medium saucepan over low heat. Add carrot, celery, onion and potato and cook for 5 minutes until softened. Add zucchini, stock and tomatoes. Increase heat to high and bring to the boil.
Step 2 of 3
Add pasta and simmer for 8 minutes or until pasta is tender, adding beans in the last minute.
Step 3 of 3
Ladle soup among bowls. Top with parmesan and basil. Serve with bread.
