Recreate this favourite restaurant choice at home, using some very clever shortcuts.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Mix all the ingredients - except the honey for glazing and the pork - in a bowl. Rub the marinade all over the pork, cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight.

Step 2 of 3

Preheat the oven to 200°C (Gas 6). Put the pork on a rack over a roasting tin half filled with hot water from the kettle, making sure the water does not touch the rack. Brush the meat with the remaining honey on all sides.

Step 3 of 3

Roast at the top of the oven for 40 minutes, turning occasionally, until glossy on all sides. Serve with rice.
