Method

Step 1 of 5

Clean and pat dry the pork with kitchen towel.

Step 2 of 5

Marinate the pork with Char Siu Sauce for a minimum of 3 hours.

Step 3 of 5

Preheat oven to 180 (fan-forced). Line the baking tray with foil before placing the pork. Bake for 45 minutes.

Step 4 of 5

Brush honey on the surface and bake for another 5 minutes.
