  • 1tablespoons ginger, grated
  • 4 spring onions, diagonally sliced
  • 2tablespoons honey
  • 1tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2kilograms chicken wings
  • 1/3 cup Chinese cooking wine

Method

Step 1 of 5

Preheat oven to 180°C. Line two baking trays with baking paper.

Step 2 of 5

Combine soy sauce, wine, garlic, honey and ginger in a large bowl. Add chicken wings.

Toss well to coat. Chill for 1 hour.

Step 4 of 5

Divide wings between trays. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until cooked through and golden.

Step 5 of 5

Transfer to a serving dish. Sprinkle with onion and sesame seeds.
