  • 1/4 cup marinated feta, crumbled
  • 420grams can condensed tomato soup
  • 4 spring onions
  • 1/4 cup dukkah
  • Turkish bread
  • 4 large eggs

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat oven to 190°C. Heat some marinating oil from the feta in an oven safe frying pan. Add the chopped white ends of the spring onion and cook until soft.

Step 2 of 4

Add the Heinz soup, stirring until it begins to simmer. Remove pan from the heat.

Step 3 of 4

Using a wooden soon, make 4 hollows in the sauce and crack the eggs into each. Transfer the whole pan to the oven and bake for 6-8 minutes, or until eggs are cooked to your liking.

Step 4 of 4

Top with the feta, dukkah and chopped green spring onions. Serve with hot buttered toast or turkish bread.
