Instruction tip
Add your favourite flavourings to match your meals. Mexican spices with Guacamole is a great way to enjoy these.

Method

Step 1 of 5

Preheat oven to 160°C. I like to use a dehydrator as my oven isn't great. Slice your Zucchini into coin shapes using a mandolin or fine slice with a knife

Step 2 of 5

Melt about a tablespoon of garlic butter and coat the zucchini

Step 3 of 5

Lay your Zucchini on trays and dehydrate over night on low or line your baking tray with paper and bake your zucchini chips for about an hour, flipping once throughout the process

Step 4 of 5

Add any seasonings if using. I often use chilli powder and a tiny bit of this stock powder (if I'm not using garlic butter or cheese). Sprinkle half the grated cheese over your chips and bake for 7-8mins. Flip your chips and repeat the process They should be crispy and a light golden brown when you removed them from the oven

Step 5 of 5

Once cooled, portion your chips and enjoy!
