Description

Pair crispy carrot ribbons with a dip of Greek-style natural yoghurt for an easy and delicious snack. The kids won't be able to resist these healthier veggie chips.

Cooking tip:

Want to use an air fryer? Preheat air fryer to 180°C for 2 minutes, then cook chips, in batches, for 12-15 minutes or until chips are golden and crisp.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Step 2 of 3

Shave carrots into long, thin ribbons and place on tray. Spray with oil and sprinkle with coriander.

Step 3 of 3

Spread in a single layer on tray. Bake for 20 minutes, turning halfway, or until crisp and golden. Place yoghurt in a bowl and sprinkle with parsley. Serve carrot with yoghurt.
