- 1teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/3 cup raisins (see tip)
- 50grams unsalted butter, melted
- 6 Kanzi apples, cored, scored around the circumference at the widest part
- 1tablespoons cornflour
- 6 scoops vanilla ice-cream (to serve)

Description
A perfect treat for chilly mornings, these baked apples are filled with a delicious cinnamon, oat and raisin filling. Make it in three easy steps.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Mix oats, 1/2 cup sugar, cinnamon, raisins and butter in a small bowl. Arrange apples in a medium baking dish and spoon oat mixture inside apples, pushing down gently.
Step 2 of 3
Mix cornflour with 3/4 cup water in a small jug. Add remaining sugar and stir until combined. Pour into baking dish around apples. Cover dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Step 3 of 3
Remove foil and bake for a further 15 minutes or until apples have softened and caramel has thickened. Drizzle apples with caramel and serve with ice-cream.
