Description
Take your dinner party to the next level with this delicious cheese platter crinkle tart, which makes the most of festive leftovers. It's ready in three easy steps and perfect for a crowd.
Instruction tip
Swap tip:If you don’t have peaches on hand, you can try using other seasonal fruit – including cherries, mangoes or nectarines – in their place.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Grease a 20x30cm (base measurement) rectangular tart pan with removable base.
Step 2 of 3
Spray 1 sheet of pastry with oil. Working from the shortest edge of pastry, fold pastry in a fan-like pattern, then place at one end of prepared pan, folding in ends slightly to fit. Repeat with remaining pastry to cover pan. Place brie among folded pastry. Spray top with oil. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden-brown.
Step 3 of 3
Whisk eggs and cream in a jug. Carefully pour over tart. Add peaches, then bake for a further 15 minutes or until set. Top with sauce. Sprinkle with thyme. Drizzle with honey. Serve.
