  • 2 3/4 cups marinara sauce
  • 450grams mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 100grams pepperoni slices
  • 1teaspoons Italian seasoning

Description

A healthy, delicious low carb casserole with all the delicious cheesiness of pizza and lots of vegetables.
Instruction tip
You may use other pizza toppings and different kinds of cheese.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced.

Step 2 of 3

In a casserole, mix the cauliflower, olive oil, salt and garlic powder. Arrange the cauliflower in single layer and bake for 20-25 minutes or until slightly brown.

Step 3 of 3

Remove the casserole from the oven and top the cauliflower with marinara, mozzarella, pepperoni and italian seasoning. Bake for another 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden.
