  • 150grams caster sugar
  • 1 2/3 cup water
  • 2 1/3 cup coconut water

Description

A Caribbean twist on a classic lemonade recipe.

Method

Step 1 of 5

Heat up a saucepan with the water and sugar and cook until the sugar melts.

Step 2 of 5

Once the sugar has melted, add the chopped lemons and allow to cook for 30 seconds and remove from the heat.

Step 3 of 5

Allow to cool fully before using a sieve to transfer the liquid to a jug or suitable container for the fridge.

Step 4 of 5

Place the lemonade base in the fridge to cool fully for 3 hours.

Step 5 of 5

Remove the cooled lemonade base and serve with coconut water and ice if required.
