- 80grams dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
- 270milliliter canned coconut milk
- 1/3 cup brown sugar

Method

Combine brown sugar and cocoa powder in a saucepan. Stir in of low-fat milk to form a smooth paste. Gradually stir in 2 cups low-fat milk and coconut milk and vanilla extract until smooth. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally. Divide dark chocolate, chopped, between 4 glasses. Pour over hot milk mixture. Top with whipped cream, marshmallows and grated chocolate.
