- 420grams can corn kernels, rinsed, drained
- 200grams Sweet Solanato® tomatoes, quartered
- 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
- 1 large avocado, roughly mashed
Description
Whip out this bunless burger recipe when you’re low on time. Beetroot and blackbean veggie patties are topped with smashed avocado and a tasty corn, tomato and onion salsa for a textural crunch sure to delight.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Grease and line a baking tray with baking paper. Spray burgers with oil. Place burgers on prepared tray. Bake for 10 minutes or until heated.
Step 2 of 3
Combine corn, tomato and onion in a bowl. Spoon onto plates.
Step 3 of 3
Spread avocado over burgers. Serve burgers with salsa.
