  • 1 red capsicum, deseeded, diced
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 2 zucchini, sliced 2cm thick
  • 3teaspoons steak seasoning spice
  • 1 1/2tablespoons olive oil
  • 500grams thick rump steak (or porterhouse steak)
  • 2tablespoons honey, warmed

Method

Step 1 of 5

Trim any fat from steaks and cut into 2cm cubes.

Step 2 of 5

Place into a bowl with steak spice and 2 tsp of the oil and toss to coat.

Step 3 of 5

Thread meat and vegetables, alternately onto skewers. Combine honey with remaining oil.

Step 4 of 5

Preheat a barbecue or chargrill pan on medium high heat.

Step 5 of 5

Cook kebabs for 2 minutes each side and brushing with honey mixture until golden and cooked to your liking.
