Description
Have some extra ripe bananas around but your not sure what to do with them? Turn your bananas into these moist and chewy banana white chocolate cookies.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper setting it aside.
Step 2 of 4
Mix the butter, brown sugar, banana and egg together in a mixing bowl. Sift in the flour and bi-carb soda, using a spatula to fold the ingredients together add in the white chocolate chips at the end.
Step 3 of 4
Let the cookie batter cool in the fridge for 10 minutes until scooping and portioning onto a baking sheet. Roll the dough into balls pressing the tops down slightly ensuring the dough is spread out enough so the cookies don't all stick together.
Step 4 of 4
Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown, cool slightly before serving warm.
