Description
This creamy mushroom pasta recipe is so easy to make. Baked feta and mushroom are tossed through cooked pasta for the ultimate cosy lunch or dinner.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced.
Step 2 of 3
Place mushroom on a large, shallow baking tray with sides. Place feta in centre of tray. Drizzle with oil, then sprinkle with garlic and thyme. Season. Bake for 25 minutes or until feta starts to brown.
Step 3 of 3
Meanwhile, cook pasta according to packet instructions. Drain. Remove tray from oven. Using a fork, crush feta and stir into mushroom mixture. Add pasta to tray and toss to combine. Scatter over extra parsley to serve.
