  • 100grams bacon lardons
  • 70grams cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup ranch sauce
  • 4teaspoons mayonnaise
  • 1 medium red onion, peeled and sliced
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch cracked black pepper
  • 1tablespoons chives, chopped
  • 1tablespoons canola oil

Method

Step 1 of 3

Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Place the baby potatoes in a baking tray and drizzle with oil and seasoning and bake for 20 minutes or until fully cooked.

Step 2 of 3

In a non-stick pan on a medium heat, fry the lardons and red onion for 5 minutes and then set to one side.

Step 3 of 3

Once the cooked ingredients have cooled slightly, combine all ingredients toether before serving and garnish with chives.
