- 300grams baby potatoes, washed and halved
- 200grams chorizo, no skin and sliced
- 1 medium white onion, peeled and chopped
- 4tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1tablespoons chives, chopped
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch cracked black pepper

Description
This spicy salad has the intense smoky flavour of chorizo.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Heat up a pot of hot water to the boil with the salt and boil the potatoes for 10 minutes.
Step 2 of 4
In a non stick pan on a medium heat, fry the chorizo for 5 minutes. Add the onion to the pan and fry for a further 2 minutes.
Step 3 of 4
Drain the water from the potatoes and then add the potatoes to the pan and fry for a further 5 minutes.
Step 4 of 4
Remove from the heat, season, drizzle with sriracha and garnish with chives.
