Cook 500g spaghetti following packet instructions or until al dente, adding 1/2 cup shelled frozen broad beans and 1 bunch broccolini, chopped, during the final minute of cooking. Drain and stir through 1 cup Bean & broccolini pesto (see recipe). Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
