- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 100grams prosciutto, finely chopped

Method
Step 1 of 3
Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add prosciutto and walnut. Cook for 5 minutes or until golden and crisp. Transfer to a bowl.
Step 2 of 3
Melt butter in pan. Add vinegar and cook for 3 minutes or until mixture comes to the boil and thickens slightly. Remove from heat.
Step 3 of 3
Preheat a barbecue grill on medium. Spray asparagus with oil. Cook for 3 minutes, turning, until charred on all sides. Transfer to a platter. Drizzle balsamic glaze over asparagus and sprinkle with prosciutto mixture. Serve.
