  • 1 1/2 cup cooked chicken, shredded

Description

Take baked mac and cheese to the next level with this tasty recipe featuring swiss cheese, horseradish cream, chicken and broccoli.

Method

Step 1 of 5

Preheat oven to 190°C. Grease an 8-cup ovenproof baking dish.

Step 2 of 5

Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water for 8 minutes. Add broccoli and cook for 1 minute or until broccoli is bright green. Drain pasta and broccoli into a colander. Set aside.

Step 3 of 5

Remove meat from chicken, discarding skin and bones. Chop the meat.

Step 4 of 5

Transfer pasta and broccoli to a large bowl. Add chicken, sour cream, horseradish, onion and cheese. Season with pepper, then stir well to combine.

Step 5 of 5

Transfer mixture to baking dish. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and drizzle with oil. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden. Serve with green salad.
