- 1 cube Vegeta Chicken Stock
- 200grams pumpkin
- 200grams leek
- 100grams celery root
- 2tablespoons celery leaves, chopped
- 2tablespoons pumpkin oil
- 1tablespoons pumpkin seeds

Method
Step 1 of 3
Peel & slice pumpkin, leek, celery root. Add into a pot of 500ml boiling water. Place 1 Vegeta Chicken Stock Cube & cook all ingredients for about 10 minutes.
Step 2 of 3
Remove from heat, allow to cool for a few minutes. Add to the blender with celery leaves & blend together until smooth.
Step 3 of 3
Serve the prepared soup in a bowl, drizzled with pumpkin oil & sprinkle with pumpkin seeds.
