  • 150grams cashew nuts, soaked overnight in water
  • 1tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch cracked black pepper
  • 4tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1teaspoons onion powder
  • 1teaspoons mustard powder
  • 3/4 cup soy milk
  • 1tablespoons pepitas
  • 1tablespoons dried cranberries
  • 1tablespoons Pariya rose petals
  • 1tablespoons micro herbs
  • 6 slices baguette (to serve)

Description

This ‘vegan’ butter board is made with vegan cashew cheese, pepitas, dried cranberries, micro herbs and rose petals for a show-stopping entertaining platter everyone will love.

Method

Step 1 of 5

Drain the soaked cashew nuts.

Step 2 of 5

Place in a food processor along with the soy milk, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder and mustard powder and blend until smooth.

Step 3 of 5

Add in milk and blend until creamy.

Step 4 of 5

Spread on a breadboard using a spoon.

Step 5 of 5

Top with pepitas, dried cranberries, rose petals, micro herbs and serve with sliced baguette.
