Description
A traditional turkey and ham dinner with crisp roasties and savoury greens.
Method
Step 1 of 6
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Bring a pot of salted boiling water to the boil and boil sprouts for 5 minutes.
Step 2 of 6
Remove the sprouts from the water and set to one side. Add the potatoes to the boiling water and boil for 10 minutes.
Step 3 of 6
Remove the potatoes from the water and transfer to a large baking dish. Cover the potatoes with half of your oil and dress with the rosemary and pepper before placing in the oven.
Step 4 of 6
Bake the potatoes for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, add the sprouts, garlic, bacon lardons and the rest of the oil to the dish and toss to combine all ingredients.
Step 5 of 6
Put this back into the oven to bake for a further 30 minutes. At this point, you should heat up your cooked ham and turkey.
Step 6 of 6
About 5 minutes before the oven is finished, blanche your broccolini in the boiling water and serve with the turkey, ham, roasties and spouts.
