  • 600grams sweet potatoes, peeled
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1teaspoons dried chilli flakes
  • 2teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1teaspoons lemon, rind finely grated
  • 500grams washed white potatoes, unpeeled

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat oven to 220°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Step 2 of 3

Cut vegetables into similar sized wedges. Combine oil, paprika, chilli and lemon rind in a bowl. Add vegetables and toss to coat. Transfer to the tray in a single layer. Sprinkle with sea salt flakes.

Step 3 of 3

Bake, turning every 15 minutes, for 45 minutes or until evenly brown. Serve hot with a dip of your choice.
